Dee Stakes Odds 2025
The Dee Stakes is run at Chester Racecourse in May each year and is one of the feature races of the popular three day long, Chester May meeting. A Group Three event run over 1 mile 2 furlongs, open to thoroughbred Colts makes the Dee Stakes a historic target for many Derby hopefuls and down the years has provided some useful pieces of Derby Form.

Dee Stakes Derby Form
The Dee Stakes has produced two Derby winners in the past ten years, Oath (1999) and Kris Kin (2003) both win the race before going on to win the Epsom Derby. However, apart from those two, other horses that have run in the Dee Stakes have failed to make much of an impression at Epsom Downs and isn't considered to be one of the stronger trials.
The Winner of the Dee Stakes this year was Azmeel with Frankie Dettori on board, he won with something in hand at Chester with Dancing David and Rasmy in behind him. He has been cut for the Derby as a result but the run did frank the form of Chabal who beat Azmeel quite easily at Sandown recently.
