Native Khan looks like a potentially nice each-way bet for the 2011 Epsom Derby after two impressive runs already this season for the Ed Dunlop trained horse. His season started back in April when he won the Craven Stakes in some style on the Rowley Mile before returning to the same course and distance for the 2000 Guineas at the end of the same month. native Khan acquitted himself well in the 2000 Guineas, he was staying on well some way behind Frankel to claim a respectable third place.

The run of Native Khan in the 2000 Guineas indicated that the horse wanted further than the 1 mile and connections agree with the extra half a mile of the Epsom derby expected to suit the horse.
